Exemptions

195.4Subject to the regulations, the Commission or the Tribunal may make an order exempting, in whole or in part, a person, a security, a derivative or a trade or a class of persons, securities, derivatives or trades from compliance with the requirements of New Brunswick securities law if the person, security, derivative or trade or class of persons, securities, derivatives or trades, as the case may be, satisfies the conditions set out in the order.
