145No person who has access to information concerning the investment program of a mutual fund or the investment portfolio managed for a client by a portfolio manager shall purchase or sell securities of an issuer for the person’s account if the portfolio securities of the mutual fund or the investment portfolio managed for a client by a portfolio manager include securities of that issuer and if the information is used by the person for the person’s direct benefit or advantage.
