Compliance with laws of another jurisdiction
104Where a reporting issuer is complying with the requirements of the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated, organized or continued and the requirements are substantially similar to the requirements of this Part, compliance with the requirements imposed by that jurisdiction shall be deemed to be compliance with the requirements of this Part.
