100Where the management of a reporting issuer gives or intends to give to holders of its voting securities notice of a meeting, the management shall, concurrently with or before giving the notice, send to each security holder whose last address as shown on the books of the reporting issuer is in New Brunswick and who is entitled to notice of the meeting a form of proxy that complies with the regulations for use at the meeting.
