2Subject to paragraph 32(s), the members may make such rules and regulations, not contrary to law, as they may deem necessary for the control and management of the society and, among other things, for fixing the terms of membership, the appointment of officers and of a governing body, and may annul, change or modify such rules and regulations in such manner as the same shall specify and allow.
