72(1)A reference to the Assignment of Book Debts Act, the Bills of Sale Act, the Conditional Sales Act, the Corporation Securities Registration Act or the Forest Products Loans Act in any Act other than this Act, in any regulation other than a regulation under this Act or in any agreement or other writing that relates to a security interest shall be deemed to be a reference to this Act or to the corresponding provisions of this Act.

72(2)A reference to a bill of sale, chattel mortgage, conditional sales contract, fixed charge, floating charge, pledge or assignment of book debts or the like, or any derivative of those terms, or to any other agreement or transaction that creates or provides for a security interest in any Act other than this Act, in any regulation other than a regulation under this Act or in any agreement or other writing shall be deemed to be a reference to the corresponding kind of security agreement under this Act.
