Conflict between the Personal Property Security Act and other legislation
70(1)If there is a conflict between a provision of this Act and a provision for the protection of consumers in any other Act, the provision of that Act prevails.
70(2)Except as otherwise provided in this or any other Act, if there is a conflict between a provision of this Act and a provision of any other Act other than an Act for the protection of consumers, the provision of this Act prevails.
