Application to Court for determination of priorities or entitlement to collateral or for extension of time
67On application by an interested person, the Court may make any or all of the following orders:
(a)
an order determining questions of priority or entitlement to collateral;
(b)
an order directing an action to be brought or an issue to be tried;
(c)
an order extending or abridging, conditionally or otherwise, the time periods for compliance specified in section 11, subsections 36(18), 38(16) and 43(11) or in Part V.
