30(1)Section 58.1 of the Property Act, chapter P-19 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended
(a)
by repealing the definition “Administrator of Estates”;
(b)
in the English version in the definition “psychiatric facility” by striking out the period at the end of the definition and substituting a semicolon;
(c)
by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“Public Trustee” means the Public Trustee appointed under the Public Trustee Act.(curateur public)
30(2)Paragraph 58.3(b) of the Act is amended by striking out “Administrator of Estates” and substituting “Public Trustee”.
30(3)Paragraph 58.5(1)(b) of the Act is amended by striking out “Administrator of Estates” and substituting “Public Trustee”.
30(4)Section 58.6 of the Act is amended
(a)
in paragraph (b) by striking out “Administrator of Estates” and substituting “Public Trustee”;
(b)
in paragraph (c) by striking out “Administrator of Estates” and substituting “Public Trustee”.
