Imprisonment for category H and I offences

(1)
A judge may, in relation to a category H offence, sentence a defendant to a term of imprisonment of not more than one hundred and eighty days.

(2)
A judge may, in relation to a category I offence, sentence a defendant to a term of imprisonment of not more than one year.

(3)
A judge may, in relation to a category J offence, sentence a defendant to a term of imprisonment of not more than eighteen months.
