Rules
147
The Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Attorney General, may make rules
(
a
)
respecting appeals from convictions, acquittal or sentence;
(
b
)
respecting forms required for an appeal;
(
c
)
respecting the custody and detention of exhibits filed with a judge that may be required for the purposes of an appeal.
