Procedure when things seized
141Where any thing is seized in the execution of a search warrant issued under this Act, the peace officer shall
(a)
where the Act under which the offence is believed to have been committed provides a procedure for dealing with things that have been seized, deal with the thing seized in accordance with that Act, or
(b)
where no such procedure is provided, detain the things or deliver them to the named court pending the judge’s order under section 143.
