40Sections 1 and 2, subsections 3(2) and (3) and 5(4), sections 8 to 10, 13 to 21, 23 to 25, 27, 28 and 32 and paragraphs 36(1)(a), (d) and (k) to (n) of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on April 1, 1998.
