Construction of provisions respecting limitations on types of benefits that may be paid
32No provision of this Act that prevents a judge who has elected or is being paid a particular type of benefit from being paid any other particular type of benefit, shall be construed so as to prevent the judge from being paid a surviving spouse’s pension or a surviving common-law partner’s pension or any other benefit or amount payable to the judge by virtue of being the surviving spouse or surviving common-law partner of another judge.
