Application of section 36 and regulations to supplementary allowances, other supplementary payments and disability benefits under Part IV
24Section 36 and any regulations made under section 36 apply with the necessary modifications to supplementary allowances, reduced supplementary allowances, other supplementary payments and disability benefits paid to judges, the spouses, common-law partners, children and estates of judges and the legal representatives of any of them, as the case may be, under this Part.
