Payment out of estate fund
22Where any person is entitled to receive any money out of the fund standing at the credit of an estate administered by the Public Administrator, the Public Administrator shall certify to a voucher in favour of such person; and thereupon the Minister of Finance shall forthwith satisfy the claim out of the funds standing at the credit of the estate upon which the claim is made.
