Payment into Consolidated Fund
21The Public Administrator shall pay into the Consolidated Fund all money recovered by or paid to him and forming assets of the estate of any deceased person being administered by him, without any deductions whatever, and such money shall be placed to the credit of the estate in a fund to be called “The Estates Fund”.
