Consequential amendments
30(1)Section 1 of the Health Act, chapter H-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by repealing the definition “nursing home”.
30(2)Section 6 of the said Act is amended
(a)
by repealing paragraph (1)(k) thereof;
(b)
by repealing subsections (5) and (7) thereof.
