Annual report of the Minister
31Each year the Minister shall lay before the Legislative Assembly a report on the administration of this Act during the preceding fiscal year which shall include
(a)
a statement showing the number of persons receiving benefits under Part II and the amounts paid into and out of the Members’ Pension Account during that fiscal year, and
(b)
a statement showing the number of persons receiving supplementary allowances or reduced supplementary allowances under Part III and the amount paid out of the Consolidated Fund as supplementary allowances and reduced supplementary allowances during that fiscal year.
