(b)
if the person to be notified is a corporation, by personal delivery on an officer, director or agent of the corporation or on a manager or person who appears to be in control of any office or other place of business where the corporation carries on business in New Brunswick or by posting the notice in a conspicuous place on the premises, building or structure.
