Pawnbrokers
167(1)A person who exercises the trade of a pawnbroker, in a municipality, without a pawnbroker’s licence commits an offence punishable under Part II of the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence.
167(2)A council may make by-laws regulating the trade of pawnbrokers.
