(d)

regulation of traffic;

tourist promotion and development;

industrial development and promotion;
(n)
urban redevelopment and urban renewal;

land assembly;

recreational and sports facilities;

first aid and ambulance services;

any service provided by or through a regional service commission;
(s)
the sale of gas and provision of customer services as defined in the Gas Distribution Act, 1999.
