79(1)On or before the first day of June in each year every lessee shall deliver to the Minister a statement in the form prescribed by regulation of information regarding every corporation holding an interest in the mining lease.
79(2)The information required under subsection (1) is
(a)
the lease number;
(b)
the information required under clauses 68(1)(c)(ii)(A) to (F) and subparagraph 68(1)(c)(iii); and
(c)
such additional information as the Minister may require.
