49Where there has been an attempt made in good faith to comply with this Act,
(a)
the inclusion of more or less than the prescribed area in a claim area or of more or less than the prescribed length in a boundary of a claim area, or
(b)
the failure of the prospector to describe in an application or sketch the actual location, dimensions or area of the claim area
does not invalidate the mineral claim, but the claim remains subject to inspection under this Act.
