Requirement to produce and exhibit licence
34Upon demand, a prospector shall produce and exhibit his licence to
(a)
an officer appointed under this Act;
(a.1)
a conservation officer appointed under subsection 5.1(1) of the
Crown Lands and Forests Act;
(b)
a forest service officer appointed under subsection 5(1) of the
Crown Lands and Forests Act;
(d)
an owner of surface rights to land upon which the prospector has entered or is about to enter.
