Substituted prospecting licence

33If his prospecting licence is destroyed or lost, a prospector may, upon application to the Recorder and payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, obtain a duplicate of the prospecting licence and the duplicate shall be marked “substituted prospecting licence”.
