Application for prospecting licence
29(1)On payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, a natural person who is 19 years of age or older may apply to the Recorder, in the form and manner authorized by the Recorder, for a prospecting licence.
29(2)On payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, a corporation or partnership authorized under the laws of the Province to carry on business in the Province may apply to the Recorder, in the form and manner authorized by the Recorder, for a prospecting licence.

Application for prospecting licence
29(1)A natural person who is sixteen years of age or older may, upon application to the Recorder and payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, obtain a prospecting licence which shall be in the form prescribed by regulation.
29(2)A corporation or partnership authorized under the laws of the Province to carry on business in the Province may, upon application to the Recorder and payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, obtain a prospecting licence which shall be in the form prescribed by regulation.
29(3)A prospector who is under the age of majority has, in respect of his prospecting licence, all mining rights and all matters and transactions relating thereto, the same rights and is subject to the same obligations and liabilities as if he had attained the age of majority.
