(a)
delete or amend an entry in the registry in order to correct any inconsistency, error or omission that is, in the opinion of the Recorder, of a minor or clerical nature, or
(b)
delete or amend an entry in the registry if the information submitted to the registry does not comply with this Act or the regulations.
14.4(2)If the Recorder deletes or amends an entry in the registry, the Recorder shall, either before or after deleting or amending the entry, give notice to any affected person.
