111.1The Minister may at any time require security in the forms and amounts the Minister considers appropriate in addition to
(a)
security conditioned for the payment of costs with respect to protection, reclamation and rehabilitation of the environment, as required by any provision of this Act,
(b)
security given in accordance with section 111, or
