Regulations regarding construction project and geographic area
51.1(1)The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may, subject to subsection 51.21(4), make regulations
(a)
designating a construction project within a described geographic area as a major project;
(b)
adding any area to or excluding any area from a geographic area described under paragraph (
a);
(c)
revoking a designation under paragraph (
a) in whole or in part.
