58.1No action for damages lies against the Province, the Director, an Employment Standards Officer or a mediator referred to under section 64 with respect to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or with respect to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act or the regulations by the Director, the Employment Standards Officer or the mediator.
