Employment contracts for agricultural services exempted
5Except with respect to sections 39, 40 and 41, dealing with the employment of persons under the age of sixteen years, this Act does not apply to employment contracts for the provision of agricultural services between employees and employers who employ three or fewer employees over a substantial period of the year, exclusive of employees who are in a close family relationship with the employer.
