38.8Notwithstanding the provisions of the Registry Act, any document referred to in sections 38.1 to 38.6 that is required to be filed by the registrar of deeds shall be filed by the registrar of deeds in the manner provided in sections 38.1 to 38.6 and when so filed has the same effect as if registered under the Registry Act.
