Closure of ordinary and advance polls
91.2 At the closing of a poll on ordinary polling day or the final closure of an advance poll, election officers shall follow the procedures prescribed by the Chief Electoral Officer with respect to the following:
(a)
counting, reporting and recording of the votes cast at the polling stations; and
(b)
delivering the ballots, the ballot boxes, the lists of electors, the statement of votes cast, and all other poll materials and equipment to the returning officer.
