Power of representative to divide or convey property
12The personal representative may, with the concurrence of the adult persons beneficially interested, with the approval of the guardian of the estate of the minor and in the case of a person for whom a representative has been appointed under the Supported Decision-Making and Representation Act, with the approval of the representative, if any minor or represented person is so interested, divide or partition and convey the real property of the deceased person, or any part thereof, to or among the persons beneficially interested.
