Restraining action by Minister
37A provision of this Act or the regulations or a direction, determination, order, notice, registration, permit, approval, term, condition or requirement given, made, issued, served or imposed by the Minister or the Lieutenant-Governor in Council that is contravened may, in addition to any other remedy and to any penalty imposed by law, be restrained in an action at the instance of the Minister.
