Application for investigation
28(1)Any two or more individuals who are residents of New Brunswick, who are at least eighteen years of age and who are of the opinion that an offence has been committed under this Act or the regulations, or that a person has not complied with a directive, may apply to the Minister on a form provided by the Minister for an investigation of the alleged offence.
28(2)An application for an investigation shall be accompanied by the solemn affirmation or declaration of the applicants
(a) stating the names and addresses of the applicants,
(b) stating the nature of the alleged offence or non-compliance, including the provision number of any Act or regulation allegedly breached, the particulars of the directive not complied with and the name of each person alleged to have been involved in the offence or non-compliance,
(c) containing a precise statement of the evidence supporting the allegations of the applicants, and
(d) stating the name, street address and mailing address in New Brunswick and phone number of a person designated to accept service on behalf of the applicants.
