Agreements entered into by Minister
13(1)The Minister may, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, enter into agreements with one or more of the following:
(a) Canada;
(b) another province or a territory of Canada;
(c) a state of the United States of America; and
(d) any person.
13(2)An agreement entered into under subsection (1) shall carry out the intent of this Act.
13(3)The Minister shall file all agreements entered into under subsection (1) in a register.
