Binding effect of Judge’s decision in all counties
16(1)If a claim is contested in one county, the decision thereon, as between the parties to it, determines the amount of the claim for the purposes of this Act in all counties in which the claim is filed, and the certificate of the clerk of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick for the judicial district in which the contest has taken place of the result thereof is
prima facie proof of the decision.
Issuance of certificate of clerk to certain parties
16(2)A certificate shall, upon payment of the prescribed fee, be granted to any party to the proceedings who applies therefor.
