Concurrent payday loans prohibited
37.35No payday lender shall enter into a payday loan agreement with a borrower if
(a)
the borrower has already entered into a payday loan agreement with the payday lender, and
(b)
the payday loan agreement mentioned in paragraph (
a) is still in effect.
