37.18In addition to any information or documents required under this Act or the regulations to be submitted, provided, produced, delivered or given to or filed with the Director by an applicant, an applicant shall, if requested to do so by the Director and within the period specified by the Director,
(a)
provide to the Director any further information or documents that the Director may reasonably require for the purposes of ensuring compliance with this Part or the regulations relating to this Part, and
(b)
verify, by affidavit or otherwise, any information or documents submitted, provided, produced, delivered or given to or filed with the Director under paragraph (a) or any other provision of this Act or the regulations.
