Regulations
28
The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(
a
)
respecting circumstances that give rise to a conflict of interest;
(
b
)
establishing committees to advise the Advocate on matters affecting children, youths, adults under protection and seniors;
(
c
)
respecting remuneration of members of any committee established under this Act;
(
d
)
respecting forms for the purposes of this Act;
(
e
)
respecting any other matter as may be necessary for the proper administration of this Act.
