27A person commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence who does any of the following:
(a)
without lawful jurisdiction or excuse wilfully obstructs, hinders or resists the Advocate or other person in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act;
(b)
without lawful justification or excuse refuses or wilfully fails to comply with a lawful requirement of the Advocate or other person under this Act; or
(c)
wilfully makes a false statement to or misleads or attempts to mislead the Advocate or other person in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act.
27A person commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence who does any of the following:
