Approval for registration - additional requirements
11 In addition to the requirements in sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, the following classes of condominium properties shall meet the requirements prescribed by regulation for approval of a declaration and description:
(a)
a commercial condominium property;
(b)
a residential condominium property;
(c)
a bare-land condominium property;
(d)
a mixed-use condominium property; and
(e)
a phased-development condominium property.
