Appeal record
33(1)The Board shall keep a record of the evidence and proceedings before the Board with respect to each appeal.
33(2)The record referred to in subsection (1) shall consist of
(a)
a summary of the reasons giving rise to the appeal,
(b)
a summary of the representations of the parties, and
(c)
all documents, written statements, reports and papers filed with the Board.
