21(1)Subject to subsection (2), no person shall release or permit the release of an air contaminant listed in Schedule B so that any of the maximum permissible ground level concentrations listed beside the air contaminant in Schedule B are exceeded.

21(2)No person shall release or permit the release of sulphur dioxide so that any of the maximum permissible ground level concentrations of sulphur dioxide, as set out in Schedule C, are exceeded in Charlotte County, Kings County or Saint John County.
