Sulphur content of fuel oil
20(1)In this section
“sell” includes supply, give, barter, exchange or transfer or offer, advertise, keep or expose for sale or supply.(vendre)
20(2)No person shall burn or sell for burning in the Province, or permit the burning or the sale for burning in the Province of, any fuel oil listed in Column 1 of Schedule A that contains sulphur in excess of the maximum percentage of sulphur content, by weight, set out beside the fuel oil in Column 2 of Schedule A, without obtaining the written permission of the Minister.
