11(1)A person who was the holder of an approval that has been cancelled or suspended may appeal the cancellation or suspension as provided for in the Appeal Regulation - Clean Air Act, and may continue to operate the source to which the approval applies in accordance with the approval, during the time that the appeal is being diligently pursued.

11(2)Subsection (1) shall not be construed, in any way, so as to abrogate from the requirement that the person comply with any order made under the Act or the regulations.
