267The supervisor in charge of the mine shaft and headframe shall
(a)
at least once a week, review the entries made in the Shaft Inspection Record Book during the preceding week,
(b)
ascertain that the examination under subsection 265(3) has been made and all necessary work done, and
(c)
upon completion of the review required by paragraph (a), certify forthwith in the Shaft Inspection Record Book that paragraphs (a) and (b) have been complied with.
267The supervisor in charge of the mine shaft and headframe shall
