167(1)If a misfire has not been disposed of at the end of a shift, the supervisor shall report the fact, together with the location of the misfire, to the supervisor of the next shift before work is commenced by the next shift.
167(2)An employer shall ensure that
(a)
every person working in the immediate area of a misfire is informed of the misfire,
(b)
the misfire is recorded in the record book referred to in subsection 18(3), and
(c)
the record book referred to in subsection 18(3) shows the location of each misfire, the number of misfired holes and the disposition of each misfire.
